Flower pot mold is made by Yuchuang Rotational Molding,We can do cast aluminum mold and CNC aluminum mold,it will be without air bubble on the mold,many customer meet the problem of the product is with air bubbles when they use the cast aluminum mold to make the product,now we use the vacuum technology to make the casting work,you will never see the air bubbles.

1. We receive your inquiry and can provide you the design of the product which you don’t have the drawing only have the photo,we can help to design the product according to your requirement.

2. For different products,it maybe need to do simulation for Load-bearing or deformation,we can do the CAE analysis.Help client to solve the Potential Problems.

3. We will send mold drawing to confirm before production.

4. We can customized the mold frame according to customer’s rotomolding machine.Easy to install on the machine

5. All the parting lines is according to customer’s requirement and after our analysis and certification,Ensure it will be not powder leakage

6. We accept different surface finish like mirror,smooth,sandblasting,Imitation stone texture,etc

7. All the molds will be testing in our factory and we can help to assemble if it is necessary.
