In our company,if customer don't have drawing,but they want to develop the product,we can help them to design the product,our engineer is more than 15 years experience in rotomolding,we can design the product which is according to your requirement
Custom Mold Manufacturing
The mold of each product is different. We will design different molds according to the different needs of customers to ensure that our molds can run perfectly in the customer's factory
CAE Simulation
For example,some septic tank and water tank will need to do CAE simulation to check whether if they fill full of water tank,which part will be deformation,we can do the simulation for differen product in different conditions
Trial Run
After each mold is completed, we will conduct a proofing test, and then check where the mold needs to be adjusted or modified based on the proofed product to ensure that the mold is in the most perfect form when it reaches the customer.
